If you want to venture off the beaten track, try taking a walk to Vrika and Voutourmi on the north of the island. You’ll have to catch a boat here but they run daily from Gaios during the season and will stop at Antipaxos for lunch as well so you can explore the island further.
The tiny little Antipaxos is 3 nautical miles south of Paxos and is a true hidden gem. It’s a very small island with just 20 residents and is covered in vineyards producing some of the best wine in Greece. You can visit on a day trip from Paxos or stay overnight if you fancy it.
